Here in Terrace Home Care, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Home Care Marketer to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in home care marketing, with a strong focus on grassroots initiatives. As a Home Care Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our home care services, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and increasing our presence in the community. Fluency in both Chinese and English or Spanish and English are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute effective marketing plans to promote our home care services within the community, focusing on grassroots marketing techniques.
- Community Outreach: Engage with local communities, organizations, physician offices, and stakeholders to raise awareness about our services. Attend community events, health fairs, and other relevant activities to represent our organization.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and other key influencers to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and provide information about our services. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home care or MLTC industry.
- Grassroots Marketing: Proven experience in grassroots marketing initiatives, community outreach, and building local partnerships.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and engage with diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and community members.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
