What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Shift LPN/LVN position at Terraces at Summitview - a HumanGood community?
Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN / LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Shift : Full-Time Evening, 8 hour shifts
Starting bonus available : $3,000.00 ( starting bonus re-payment agreement form must be signed)
Pay rate : $32.80-38 / hr DOE shift diffs ( Eve $1.00, NOC $2.00)
To be successful in the role, you would have :
- Current LVN / LPN in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience : senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- New grads are welcome!
