FIELD SERVICE OPERATIONS LEAD

We are looking for a Field Service Operations Lead to orchestrate the delivery of TerraClear products and services and manage all Midwest facilities, equipment inventory maintenance and support. Your success will allow the company to deliver products and services seamlessly.

In this role, you will :

• Manage technical support for all field-based rock picking service providers including repairs, maintenance, and technical support.
• Manage, maintain, and track the Midwest facility and inventory to support Service Providers, customers, and TerraClear equipment needs.
• Manage and track equipment maintenance records and regulatory compliance of equipment and employees
• Stay informed about relevant industry standards and regulations. Ensure that the products and equipment comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure equipment uptime and high-quality data collection (i.e. tracking support issues, inventory, downtime in TC systems).
• Participate in the selection and purchasing of equipment, materials and components as needed.
• Facilitate and conduct prototype testing and ensure the products meet design specifications and quality standards as directed by TC product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product and engineering to ensure clear communication of needs.
