Performs a variety of Accounts Receivable (AR) activities including entering, reviewing, processing, auditing, and reporting information. Understands the system and brings issues to the attention of the Supervisor for assistance and further evaluation. Also responsible for providing customer service to employees, office staff and management for subject matter related items.

Essential Roles And Responsibilities
Under immediate supervision, performs a variety of clerical and routine accounting tasks.
- Assist with cash application. Apply cash receipts (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit card payments) to client invoices.
- Assist with the filing of AR documents
- Assist with the processing of weekly Time & Expense Reports.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year related experience.
- Basic knowledge of AR area
- Accurate with data entry
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
