Job Description
General Responsibilities :
Responsible for supporting the marketing strategy for the Winter Park office, a large office of a nationwide engineering consulting firm. Provide consultation on strategic proposal development and management. Partner with division and corporate marketing to create and update promotional materials and other marketing efforts. Coordinate and participate in tradeshow / conference / project interview strategies. Manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
A strong eye for detail, a willingness to learn and try new strategies for contract pursuits, and excellent time management would make for a successful candidate.
Essential Role and Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple marketing projects with competing deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers and / or pursuit champions to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce strategic, high-quality submittals to RFP and RFQ responses.
- Maintains a library of marketing collateral, including resumes, project capsules, and other assets of the local office.
- Facilitate strategic discussions on increasing win rate based on competitor and client research.
- Aid and actively participate in the event planning and organization of tradeshows / conferences / community involvement / client appreciation gift efforts.
- Maintain, utilize, and champion CRM efforts.
- Provide support and miscellaneous marketing requests and firm initiatives.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
Preferred Qualifications :
The position can be hybrid occasionally but will require mostly in-person / in-office work.
