Terracon is growing and we are hiring former Military members and spouses for our Project Engineers/ Managers positions nationwide! Terracon has been a leader in Geotechnical engineering for 60 years and we are looking to hire new employee-owners. Terracon is 100% employee-owned, and at operating revenue just over $1B, we continue to independently work on a wide variety of exciting projects including highway and roadway construction design and test, solar & wind farms, commercial building foundation design and testing, as well as other geotechnical and construction materials projects. As a Construction Manager/ Project Manager, you will have oversight on a number of varied projects, perform engineering calculations, design observation, slope stability studies, and deep and shallow foundation design testing. In this position you will regularly communicate with project managers, client representatives, and contractor representatives regarding the construction site. Additionally, you will prepare geotechnical engineering reports and submit the reports to our clients for their design team to implement.

- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 10 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years’ related experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the type of services and projects being managed
