Job Overview :
The Senior Creative Associate will lead creative projects for TerraCycle in Australia and support global initiatives as part of the Global Creative Team, reporting directly to the Art Director (based on the U.S. East Coast).
This role requires close collaboration with local and global teams, including the Graphics Production Manager, Content, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Campaign divisions, to deliver high-quality digital and print visual assets, photography, video, and motion.
The role will require flexibility to participate in meetings outside of regular working hours to align with the Global Creative team schedule (Including North America and Europe). The role will also require occasional interstate travel at short notice for videography projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Working with the Art Director to collaborate with new brand / retailer partners and drive the set creative vision for 360 campaigns and projects. Including print, store, digital, social media, photography, video, and motion.
- Execute TerraCycle photography and video needs, including image processing, retouching, and editing, to produce collateral for brand, business, and marketing team needs.
- Support the global creative team with high-priority projects, campaigns, and best practices while maintaining a primary focus on Australian initiatives.
- Lead top-tier, high-visibility projects for TerraCycle Australia, confidently pitching concepts to colleagues and managers.
- Together with the Art Director, oversee multiple concurrent projects, liaising with various departments to ensure deadlines are met and final assets meet the required standards.
- Evaluate design briefs and participate in kick-off meetings to get project scope.
- Build strong relationships with other regional creative team members to elevate standards and increase consistency across global markets.
- Stay current on design, motion, video, and photography industry trends.
