We are seeking Contractor and Performance Assurance professionals with experience in some and/or all of the following areas:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apparent Cause Analysis
- Root Cause, Apparent Cause, and Common Cause Analysis
- Event Investigation
- Management/Readiness Assessments
- General Corrective Action Management Functions
- Contractor Assurance System Program Compliance
- Develop iCAS Reporting and Data Analysis
- Support the Executive Secretary Review Board and Corrective Action Review Board Functions
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience to the duties listed above.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous work experience at the DOE Site.
- 5-10 years in the above key Performance Assurance Elements and in a highly regulated work environment, such as DOE or DOD.
- Experience with Hanford Software Systems.
