Role Summary :
The Design Manager leads our Design Services team that creates floral and container design projects in-store, off-site, and in private residential settings. They also design and execute projects for events. The Design Manager is responsible for driving sales by providing the highest level of service through expert knowledge, design, and leadership for the Design Services program.

- Leads a team of Artisans to uphold terrains four promises : to welcome, to inspire, to inform and to appreciate our customer
- Builds genuine, long-lasting relationships through personalized attention and guiding on customer choices to reflect their unique personal style
- Understands terrain retail concepts and partners with design leadership to create a cohesive environment through compelling plant installations and displays
- Exhibits an understanding of and interest in home and garden trends in art, style, color, design, and architecture; translates trends and customer needs into brand appropriate designs
