Looking for a flexible accounts administrator with a desire to learn international trade operations and grow with within the company.
- Inventory Management
- Contracts Reconciliation
- Purchase and Sales Contracts Reconciliation
- Suppliers and Customers Management of Accounts
- Compare and reconcile vendor invoices to company purchase orders and actual deliveries
- Maintain customer purchase records and customer inventory
- Maintain customer warranties and service work
- Manage manufacturers warranty expiration of customer equipment having serial numbers
- Manage and follow-up on all relative data input into our business systems
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other team members and departments
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure new customers are on-boarded efficiently
