Overview :
The Accounting Specialist provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with guest billing inquiries via phone and email.
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, issues and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Assist with charging AV invoices.
- Respond to all chargeback inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process online e-store orders including gift cards and resort events.
- Collect F&B receipts daily.
- Responsible for filing BEOs.
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects, as needed.
- Act with responsibility and confidentiality towards all company assignments, property, supplies, and equipment.
- Set up new receivable / master accounts in accordance with established credit policy.
- Reconcile open account status items.
- Support for timely collection and posting of payments.

Base Pay Start Rate : $24.75 / Hr.
