Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability in the wedding segment.
- Lead and mentor the wedding sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials to attract wedding clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales effectively.

Base Pay Start Rate : $110,000 - $140,000 / Yr.
