- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for pivotal roles, concentrating on technical and leadership positions.
- Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing, networking, and establishing relationships with professionals in the A / E / C and environmental sectors.
- Enhance recruitment processes and tools for greater efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
