About Us : We are currently seeking responsible and reliable individuals to work directly with an autistic young adult within the Quakertown area. The position involves providing in-home and community-based support. The individual you will be working with is pleasant, fun to be around, has a good sense of humor, loves reading, and has a keen ability to learn new skills. The individual thrives with structure, routines, and the use of technology.
Hours : 12 : 00pm thru 9 : 00pm
- FLEXIBLE hours Saturday and Sunday 3-8 hours a day
Qualifications :
MUST have at least one of the following degrees or certifications : Bachelor's degree in human services or Completion of RBT coursework and RBT certification, NADD Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Experience working with adults with Autism required.
Familiarity with ABA techniques and principles.
Successful completion of a drug test and the PA Background Check process
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
