Job Description :

This recent high school graduate is full of potential, and we believe the possibilities are endless. We are seeking a self-motivated, creative, and compassionate individual to provide mentorship and positive behavioral supports as our young graduate navigates the transition into adult life.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement the Positive Behavioral Support Plan (PBSP) and maintain accurate data records.
Assist the individual with household chores and daily activities.
Provide instruction in basic life skills, including cooking, exercising, computer proficiency (Word, Excel, data entry, and website exploration), and more.
Accompany the individual on community trips and volunteer opportunities that promote gainful employment and social integration.
Foster interests in the arts and music, aligning activities with the individual's passions.
Qualifications :
RBT certificate or Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Gerontology.
Proficiency in implementing a PBSP and maintaining data records.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our supportive team.
Comprehensive understanding of Autism, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), and promoting independence.
Dedication to a Person-Centered approach to care, embracing positive behavior support, and respecting the individual's desire to lead a fulfilling life.
Clear PA Criminal Background Clearance and FBI Clearance.
Clean driving record is mandatory.
Available Shifts :
Monday - Friday : 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm
Every other Saturday : 10 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Salary : $27.00 per hour
