What we offer :
- Flexible hours : Friday or Saturdays, days or evenings, Flexible
- Additional hours may be available on an as-needed basis
- Pay starting at $28 per hour,
Your role :
- Teach and assist with time management, self-advocacy, problem-solving, and communication
- Use modeling, visual cues, verbal prompts, and positive reinforcement
- Help establish routines and provide clear, structured instructions
Requirements :
- 21 years old
- 2 years of direct care experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Dependable, mature, and caring
Ideal qualities :
- Experience with special needs
- Calm, understanding, and fun!
