Looking for a fulfilling caregiving job near Garnet Valley? We need two Direct Support Staff members to join our team! If you're a compassionate, patient, and caring individual, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Shifts available : Saturday & Sunday 10 p.m. to 6 : 30 a.m

You'll be providing direct support to a very sweet gentleman diagnosed with Down Syndrome in his cozy home. Working alongside a supportive team of caregivers, you'll make a meaningful difference in his life.

Here's what we're looking for :

  • Staff who don't wear perfume or fragrances.
  • Not be a smoker
  • Be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of direct care experience
  • Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Has a minimum of a High school diploma or GED
  • Dependable, mature, and caring individuals

    • Our ideal candidate :

  • Brings experience in caregiving and working with individuals with special needs
  • Possesses a mature, down-to-earth demeanor.
  • Enjoys collaborating as part of a team.
  • Has a great sense of humor, a calm demeanor, and isn't overly loud
  • Is kind, fun, and understanding.

    • We offer competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement at the federal rate when you're driving him places. If you're ready to make a positive impact and be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
