Your Role :
As his Support Professional , youll play a key role in making each day engaging and fulfilling by :
Assisting with daily living tasks Meal prep, occasional toileting needs, and daily routines.
Encouraging his hobbies Whether its watching his favorite shows or enjoying music together.
Exploring the community Support him on outings that keep him active and engaged.
Being a trusted companion Bringing patience, fun, and a positive attitude to every interaction.
What Were Looking For :
A Kind & Compassionate Spirit Patience, humor, and a nurturing approach.
Experience in the Disability Field 2-4 years preferred, with knowledge of positive behavior support plans .
Dependability A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check .
Creativity & Energy Youre proactive, engaging, and excited to create fun, structured experiences.
