- Have experience in OCD/MH and Autism.
- Enjoy teaching and learning new skills.
- Have at least 1 year of caregiving/TSS/PCA experience.
- Be reliable and consistent.
- Be patient and able to provide positive behavioral support.
- Think outside the box and be able to do some creative problem-solving.
- Have job coach (CESP/ACRE) experience
