Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including bussing tables and helping with banquet or catering events.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others in the kitchen.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
