TerraVest Tanks MI LLC is an ESSENTIAL COMPANY that keeps families warm across the USA by manufacturing and refurbishing propane tanks. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and guests. Your role is vital in creating a warm, professional, and courteous experience while supporting daily office operations.
Essential Functions

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly
- Manage mail and package handling—both incoming and outgoing
- Keep front desk and lobby area clean and organized
- Support data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks
- Prepare paperwork and packages for company drivers
- Assist with month-end and annual reporting processes
- Match Invoices – Collecting documents/proper approvals
- Assist with Corporate Credit Card Transactions
- Provide accurate information to customers, vendors, and team members
- Participate in meetings and training as required
- Wear PPE when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
