- Handle patient appointments scheduling, changes, and cancellations.
- Verify and update patient information in the dental practice software.
- Process insurance claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with dental staff to manage daily workflow and patient care.
- Handle billing, invoice processing, and payment collections accurately.
- Prepare and manage patient charts and documentation for dental procedures.
- Resolve patient issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring that essentials are always available.
- Assist in the organization of office events and functions.
- Conduct follow-up calls for patient appointments, as necessary.
