REQUIREMENTS
- Basic mechanical skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
A valid CDL would be preferred but isn't required for this position. Bilingual communication skills would also be a bonus. If you're dependable, organized, and able to perform minor equipment troubleshooting and repairs, we want to hear from you!
YOUR NEW ROLE
Our Equipment Maintenance and Shop Supervisor typically works 8 hours from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
This position oversees our vehicles, equipment, and shop to make sure everything is in good condition and ready for when it's needed. In your day-to-day, you perform tasks like helping and keeping our shop organized, developing relationships with our vendors to expedite needed repairs and in the winter assisting with snow removal operations. You also keep an eye on our vehicles and equipment, performing basic maintenance and requesting help with more complex repairs from our vendors. Taking on other tasks as needed, you play a critical role in our daily operations!
