Position Summary : Terray Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced immunologist to join our Translational Biology team. In this role, the candidate will play a pivotal role in exploring the mechanisms of action of novel small molecule inhibitors for immune modulation, and in supporting translational efforts from preclinical development to early clinical stages. The position will report to the Director of Translational Biology.
The core responsibilities of this position are :
- Cell-based assay mechanistic studies
Review the literature to gain a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic targets of interest
Design and establish disease relevant assays to provide supporting data for different therapeutic indications and / or rodent models of diseases
Identify and develop biomarker assays for early clinical trials
Analyze and interpret experimental data, and communicate results in our project team meetings
Assist in evaluating and setting up new lab instrumentation

Required Qualifications :
Compensation Details : $104,000-$156,000 (annually) depending on seniority; participation in the Company's option plan; 3% retirement safe harbor contribution; fully-paid medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits.
