What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Floater position at Terrebonne ARC?

Responsibilities of the Accounting Floater will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare deposits and summaries daily for all funds received
- Enter payroll information into payroll module
- Reconcile monthly and/or biweekly insurance deductions and payable accounts to insure accuracy of employee participation and accounting records
- Reconciles 403-b employee/employer contributions monthly and/or biweekly as necessary
- Prepares billings for the Organization's contracts on a regular monthly or as required basis
- Inputs all billing information into the accounts receivable module
- Verifies coding on deposit summaries, inputs daily deposits into the accounts receivable module
- Reconciles bank statements.
- Processes all the Organization's invoices
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer and computer applications (spread sheets, word processing and data bases).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
