As a Direct Support Worker, Floater for TARC Industries, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coworking with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Working as needed in a variety of departments
- Teaching job skills to coworkers
- Completing required paperwork on client plans
- Multitasking business and program needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
