- Utilize tools such as Plan Hub, Blue Book, and Procore to support project planning and execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with client expectations.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain communication with construction teams and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and workflows is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
