Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, manage daily office operations, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. The role is a vital part of our front desk, and we are looking for someone who is eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Pay depends on experience.
Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate areas of the office.
- Manage phone systems, answer calls, and respond to messages in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and appointment schedules. Input data into the computer is another big part of the job. When not scheduling appointments or running tax return, you will be inputting.
- Handle customer payments
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address any questions or concerns clients may have.
- Utilize office software and technology, such as computers and phone systems, to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting responsibilities and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience. They will have a strong background in customer support and will be comfortable working with various computer systems and software. The ability to work well under pressure and multitask is essential for this role. Experience with phone systems and computer software's is a must.
