Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with various door vendors, leveraging deep product knowledge to ensure project success.
- Manage project details, including pricing, identifying design errors, and effective communication with customers.
- Estimate material requirements and costs for construction projects, adhering to company policies and local building codes.
- Conduct assessments to identify door deficiencies and develop remediation plans for code compliance issues.
- Perform commercial door, frame, and hardware take-offs.
- Assist sales teams with expertise during estimating and procurement phases of projects.
- Lead the team in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction procedures.
- Review material usage against estimates upon project completion.
