So, what will the Curriculum Development Team Lead Terrestris do?
The Curriculum Development Team Lead (TL) is an integral part of the Curriculum Development team that acts as a conduit between the Parent Company and the FBI to maintain a harmonious relationship. As the Curriculum Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating various activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. You will work with various industries and various skill sets to ensure that specific project goals are being met.
What does a typical day look like for the Curriculum Development Team Lead?
You will:
- Align projects with agency goals.
- Ensure that the program and individual teams are aligned with the agency's strategic objectives.
- Manage resources and risk.
- Manage the program's budget and funding channels, while managing risk.
- Assist in developing strategies and objectives for the program.
- Assist in formulating new tactics.
- Assist in streamlining internal processes and define best practices for the program.
- Evaluate performance.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of the Curriculum Development Team
- Resolve cross skill-set issues and strategic issues with agency/department stakeholders, monitoring processes to stay updated on any changes to the contract.
- Troubleshoot potential challenges related to contract monitoring, personnel issues, and /or suggestions on personnel changes.
- Assist in developing solutions to contractual disparities to the client.
What qualifications do you look for?
You might be the leader we’re looking for if you have:
- The authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
- An active Top-Secret (TS) Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience managing federal contracts or working with government clients, preferably law enforcement or intelligence agencies.
- Strong knowledge of ISD methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate), and learning management systems (LMS).
We are extra impressed by folks with:
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Familiarity with FBI training protocols and procedures.
