This role supports COMNAVSURFPAC Medical Warehouse to include specialized areas such as Chemical, Biological, and Radiological (CBR) medication and supplies; Defense Health Agency (DHA)/U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Shelf-Life Extension Program (SLEP); Department of Defense (DoD) Pharmaceuticals Reverse Distribution Program; Vaccine Immunization Support Program; Medical Support Equipment (MSE) Program; Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services; Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) Medical Material Quality Control (MMQC) messages; and Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Shipboard Equipment Replacement Program (SERP).

- Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) Medical Material Quality Control (MMQC) messages
- Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Shipboard Equipment Replacement Program (SERP)
Key Responsibilities & Required Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Recent experience handling CBR medical supplies and DHA/FDA SLEP programs using LogiCole.
- Expertise in DoD Pharmaceuticals Reverse Distribution Program requirements and procedures.
- Experience in NMRLC SERP procedures and Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP).
- Strong knowledge of Navy logistics procedures and experience navigating Navy logistics agencies.
- Background in government logistics support management and implementation of NAVSUP P-485 (Navy Supply Procedures, Afloat and Ashore).
- Knowledge of COMNAVSURFPAC/COMNAVSURFLANT Joint Instructions, including:
- 6000.1 Series – Shipboard Medical Department Procedures Manual
- 4400.1B – Surface Force Supply Procedures
- Recent (within the last three years) experience with NAVOSH (OPNAVINST 5100.23).
- Experience with Navy logistics systems, including:
- Shipboard Non-tactical ADP Program (SNAP) & Automated Medical Systems (SAMS)
- Theater Medical Information Program-Maritime (TMIP-M)
- DLA Disposition Services (formerly DRMO)
- DLA Troop Support Medical & DLA Medical Prime Vendor Program (MPVP)
- DLA Electronic Catalog (ECAT)
- Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) MMQC messages
- Medical Support Equipment (MSE) Program
- Theater Lead Agent for Medical Materiel – Pacific (TLAMM-P)
- DLA WebFLIS, One Touch Support (OTS), and Defense Automatic Addressing System (DAAS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics management or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and transportation planning.
- Experience in production planning and order fulfillment strategies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and drive performance improvements.
- Familiarity with profit/loss analysis and budgeting within logistics is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
