About the Role
We’re looking for a junior level recently graduated Cyber Security major who is interested in supporting our security, compliance, and IT asset management efforts. This is an entry-level role for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to keep things running smoothly—without unnecessary red tape.
In this role, you’ll help respond to customer security requests, manage compliance tooling, and ensure company devices and access controls are handled properly. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, making sure security and compliance processes support the business rather than slow it down. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems instead of creating roadblocks, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Security & Compliance Support
- Handle compliance report requests, including responding to customer security questionnaires, audits, and documentation requests (e.g., compliance reports, penetration test results,
- Maintain and update security documentation, ensuring it's accurate but not overcomplicated.
- Assist with access reviews, tabletop disaster recovery exercises, and other security/compliance initiatives.
- Compliance & Security Tooling Management
- Manage and update our CMMC processes (or similar compliance platforms) to keep security controls in sync.
- Help track and resolve security/compliance alerts with internal teams.
- IT & Device Management
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding by handling device provisioning, access management, and Cyber policies (e.g., via Rippling or similar tools).
- Ensure company devices are secure and compliant while being practical for employees to use.

Duties
- Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance cloud architecture security.
- Provide training and support to staff on information security best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology advancements.
- Ensure compliance with CMMC and DoD NIST regulations and other relevant standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, network monitoring, and SAN technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation of tasks.
- Understanding of information security frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in developing disaster recovery plans and conducting risk assessments.
- Ability to vaticinate potential threats and proactively address vulnerabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Sec , CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
