POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Human Resource System Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department and company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Serves as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday, such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Absence, Scheduling and Talent, Advanced Compensation.
- Provide consultation to HR Business Partners and HR COEs, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday processes & configurations.
- Assists in the evaluation of Workday Releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday.
- Assists in preparing reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HRIS Manager.
- Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Plan, configure and/or modify, and implement Business Process changes in Workday and to test new applications and features.
- Assists in testing integrations, security and annual events.
- Maintains the data values/fields in Workday (ex: Job Profiles, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations, Cost Centers, Supervisor Organizations)
- Provides input and knowledge with Workday Team Administrators and clients as appropriate.
- Prepares & collaborates with the Learning and Development staff training materials, guides, and documentation needed for the HRIS Systems.
- Provides user training and hands-on support for the HRIS Systems.
- Participates in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve polices and processes insights.
- Understands HR Operations and experiences in employee data management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Workday HCM experience or training preferred.
- HR functional and system experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
