POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring the accurate and timely collection of outstanding customer balances. This role requires a strong understanding of accounts receivable best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The following duties and other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary :
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment application, and collection activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer billing issues and disputes.
- Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounts receivable team.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable function.
- Generate and analyze reports on accounts receivable performance for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline interdepartmental processes related to accounts receivable.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
This position will oversee a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS :
Limited travel may be required for training or team collaboration.
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
REASONING ABILITY :
Ability to apply logical thinking to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :
Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
