Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Casino Floor Person who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated in providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees.
Duties:
Provides service to gaming machine guests,
Slot Floor Person responds to customers reporting jackpots and determines if the jackpot is valid. Obtains customer identification and completes appropriate forms.
Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Troubleshoots and repairs minor problems at the machine. Documents those repairs unable to fix at machine level and assists in contacting the manufacturer to reports problems.
Circulates throughout casino area, maintaining visibility for guests within casino area.
Exchanges large denomination bills into requested denomination bills and coins.
Provides information to guests, such as how to play various gaming machines, and general information about the casino and games offered.
Initiates jackpot/fill documentation, either manual or automated and retrieves amount of cash or coin necessary to complete transaction.
Witness/verify both at the gaming machine and on manual documents.
Takes the lead in maintaining cleanliness and safety within the gaming area.
Notifies management of potential problems within the gaming area.
Assists with drink service and cleaning gaming area.
Can act as the break person for the Cage and Bartender as needed.
