This role will interact daily with our passionate customers across the United States helping them realize success in the garden. Responsibilities
· Answer phone calls, emails, and Chats
· Enter orders into our e-commerce system
· Check order status and communicate status to customers
· Provide gardening and growing information to customers
Skills Needed:
· Great phone etiquette and the ability to speak and communicate clearly
· Perform data entry for extended periods
· Call handling and disposition
· Can type 40-45 wpm
· Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
· Basic math
· Work with Windows, Microsoft d the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
