Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets
- Utilize sales software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to generate new leads
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue
- Apply retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and commissions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings
- Conduct outside sales activities, such as attending trade shows or networking events
Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to negotiate and assist customers to make a purchase
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
