- Possess the skill to proficiently trim various cuts of meat, removing excess fat, connective tissue, and undesirable portions while preserving the desired shape and structure for optimal BBQ cooking.
- Able to follow recipes for proper seasoning of the trimmed meats. To include filling sausage casing with meat mixture. Ability to use meat grinder.
- Strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area to prevent cross-contamination and uphold the highest standards of food safety in the trimming process.
- Efficiently manage time to meet production goals, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a steady supply of trimmed meat for BBQ preparation while minimizing waste and maintaining productivity.
- Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
