GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing complex accounts payable transactions, account reconciliations, and vendor data record keeping for a growing healthcare organization. This role will also be responsible for managing outstanding check reconciliations, annual 1099 reporting and perform additional duties within the Accounting Department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of Accounts Payable cycle experience.
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of computer operations; Microsoft Office products experience required.
- Must possess excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work diligently with attention to details under minimal supervision
- Must be able to work well with others and meet strict deadlines.
- Able to lift or move boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work flexible hours and days.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
