GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Dental Director provides professional dental care in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, and assists the Dental Director in developing, implementing, and leading the dental program. Provides leadership on matters pertaining to staff development, quality of care, and risk management. Provides input into strategic decisions for the Dental Division. Exemplifies TRHS Corporate Culture Standards while performing assigned duties. The Associate Dental Director role is provided with up to 15 (fifteen) hours per month, depending on assigned duties, to complete the required administrative duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Dentist with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Must be at least a 0.75 FTE.
- Possesses strong leadership qualities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior clinical and administrative lead experience in a community health center setting.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
