General Responsibilities
The Clinical Educator is responsible for the assessment, development, coordination, implementation, presentation and evaluation of clinical education for the organization's workforce. This role ensures staff are equipped with accurate knowledge, using evidence-based practice, to perform high-quality care to the patient population while also adhering to organizational policies and procedures. The Clinical Educator practices interprofessional collaboration, supports professional growth of the organization's workforce and enhances patient care through effective teaching and dynamic educational skills.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Medical Assisting Program.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- Active Basic Life Support Certification.
- Ability to obtain Basic Life Support Instructor Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field.
- Knowledge and experience working with various accreditation entities.
- Teaching experience and/or background.
- Previous leadership experience.
