GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing diverse administrative support to the processes, workflows, and day to day functional tasks associated with the Mobile Clinic and its programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two years' experience in an administrative healthcare/patient access role
- Advanced knowledge of dental and/or medical insurance as related to coverage limitations, accumulations, and estimated cost of care.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EPIC.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is a self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational abilities, detail oriented, and able to effectively prioritize.
- Valid Idaho Driver's license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
