Job Summary
The F&I Manager plays a critical role in the RV dealership by overseeing the financing and insurance processes for customers. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services, credit analysis, and contract negotiation. The F&I Manager is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through effective relationship management while maximizing dealership profitability.

Duties

  • Facilitate the sales process by providing customers with financing options and insurance products that meet their needs.
  • Negotiate terms of financing and insurance contracts with customers, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for loans and financing options.
  • Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and other relevant financial laws to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure favorable financing terms for customers.
  • Train and mentor dealership staff on F&I processes, ensuring a high level of service is provided to all customers.

Skills

  • Strong customer relationship management skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proven sales abilities, particularly in RV sales, to effectively promote financing options.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms for customers while maximizing dealership profits.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services related to RV sales, including loan processing and contract management.
  • Proficient in credit analysis techniques to evaluate customer creditworthiness accurately.
  • Familiarity with TILA regulations and other compliance requirements within the a finance sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly to customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

This role is essential for ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience when purchasing their vehicles while also contributing positively to the overall success of the dealership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $129,249.00 - $142,906.00 per year
