Job Summary
The F&I Manager plays a critical role in the RV dealership by overseeing the financing and insurance processes for customers. Duties
- Facilitate the sales process by providing customers with financing options and insurance products that meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms of financing and insurance contracts with customers, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for loans and financing options.
- Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and other relevant financial laws to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with sales staff to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure favorable financing terms for customers.
- Train and mentor dealership staff on F&I processes, ensuring a high level of service is provided to all customers.
