Who We're Looking For:

You already possess a valid Property & Casualty insurance license or are willing to follow our structured licensing process. You're coachable, driven by performance, and thrive in a goal-oriented setting. This role is fully dedicated to sales and new business development—not account servicing. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients daily
- Take inbound calls from new prospective clients with urgency and professionalism
- Build rapport, generate referrals, and develop referral networks over time
- Create and present personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
- Consistently close new business while maintaining compliance and integrity
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Log all activity and conversations accurately into the agency CRM
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Life & Health License (Preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven

- Comfortable working in a phone-based, performance-focused sales role
Compensation:
