Responsibilities - General Sales Manager:
Manages, trains, and directs the Desk Managers and Sales team.
Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum
gross.
Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high
morale.
Supervises the Sales Manager, F&I Manager, and a team of Sales Consultants.
Uses CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are
the focus.
Uses VAUTO to appraise, price, and facilitate new and used vehicle inventory turn.
Works directly with the Dealer Principal and Controller to reach goals for sales
effectiveness, gross, CSI, and reputation management.
Qualifications - General Sales Manager:
Experience is required, including a strong used car background.

Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships.
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and

Valid driver's license
