TerryWhite Chemmart Rockingham is a close-knit team dedicated to supporting our community and love what we do. We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking to further develop their career and take a step into leadership. This is a full time position with a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
About the role :
As our new Retail Coordinator you will set the bar high when it comes to our customer's experiences! Your passion for community pharmacy and customer service will shine in all of your interactions and you will be a true leader in this space!
Guided by our experienced Retail Manager, you will support her to lead and oversee the daily operations of the retail side of our pharmacy. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and directing staff where required. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
With support and on the job training like no other, you will also have the opportunity to attend regular training and development workshops whilst connecting with fellow Retail leaders!
