R&D Executive Chief of Staff
JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Chief of Staff (COS) will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the SVP and executive leadership team, independently driving initiatives forward with minimal guidance while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. This role requires a highly skilled leader who can anticipate needs, translate high-level vision into polished, concrete deliverables, and act as a trusted surrogate in senior-level interactions. The ideal candidate will excel at synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable outcomes while maintaining the SVP's strategic priorities and style, whether in the form of executive communications, strategic decisions, or organizational initiatives. The COS will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic vision, streamlining organizational processes, managing cross-functional projects, and maintaining clear communication between the SVP, leadership team, and various departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Strategic Leadership & Advisory Support :
Serve as a key partner to the SVP, providing strategic advice and high-level support for corporate decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Lead and facilitate communication between various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
Lead and manage special initiatives or ad-hoc projects as directed by the SVP, which may involve market analysis, business development, or corporate restructuring.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Target Pay Range : $184,100.00to$230,100.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base : 30.0%
