Regional Sales Manager (Midwest)
Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSM) in relevant region to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual sales objectives and goals.
What You'll be Doing
- Overall sales management for the applicable region.
- Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals, company strategies and ensure customer expectations.
- Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues and strategies to management.
- Interview, hire, train, motivate and develop TSMs within the region.
- Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the region.
- Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of seven (7) years medical device sales experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years managerial experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
