Regional Sales Manager (Midwest)
Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in relevant region to ensure achievement of quarterly / annual sales objectives and goals

n.Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals and company strategies and ensure customer expectation
s.Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues, and strategies to managemen
t.Interview, hire, train, motivate, and develop TSMs within the regio
n.Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the regio
n.Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSM
s.Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organizatio
