Operator - Full-Time - 1st Shift

Position Summary:

The Operator for Warranty Processing is a cross-trained position consisting of opening up returned packages, data entry, light assembly, customization, packing and shipping. This person must be knowledgeable in all areas, be willing and able to float between each of these areas daily as the needs of the business change and perform tasks at the highest quality level to meet our company standards as well as the consumer expectation.

Essential Functions:

• Process returned product for warranty replacement
• Process product returned on call tags, record and report
• Process product returned by customer (non-call tag) that are credit issues, record and report
• Order assembly which includes Decorating, Welding, Packing and Shipping
• Assist in personalization areas- Vinyl cutting, Flatbed wrap printing
• Actively rotate within other positions
• Waste/recycle disposal as needed
• Keep work areas and facility clean and organized
• Support team initiatives and perform all appropriate tasks assigned by leadership
• Understands and follows standard operating procedures and quality guidelines for assigned position
• Maintains a clean and safe work areas while following safety practices and procedures
• Support special projects and other miscellaneous activities as needed
• Assist co-workers as needed
